WEEK 2

As your appetite improves, you will be ready to digest thicker soups, stews and dahls.

  • Coconut Kheer - 2 Serves

  • Womb Rejuvinating Kitchari - 4 Serves

  • Kumera, Carrot & Paprika Soup - 4 Serves

WEEK 3

You've now reached the point where your body is ready to digest heavier grains and more variety. We now start to include some denser foods.

WEEK 4

You are almost a month post birth. Your body is able to digest heavier foods now such as slow cooked meats and grains.
