The first week, we focus on a vegetarian diet of runny, soft, warming foods that are simple to digest with smooth texture.

WEEK 2

As your appetite improves, you will be ready to digest thicker soups and stews.

WEEK 3

You've now reached the point where your body is ready to digest heavier grains and more variety. We now start to include some denser foods.

WEEK 4

You are almost a month post birth. Your body is able to digest heavier foods now such as slow cooked meats and grains.
